1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing canadian.ink, submitting an intake form, or purchasing any of our advisory packages, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Nature of services — informational advisory only
canadian.ink provides expert informational guidance, educational roadmaps, document auditing and strategic advisory tailored for Canadian citizens and residents. Our services are purely informational and advisory. We do not provide regulated legal advice, regulated tax advice, regulated immigration representation, regulated accounting services, or any form of government decision.
- We do not guarantee the issuance of any visa, residence permit, citizenship, work authorisation or other government approval.
- We do not act as legal representative, agent or attorney before any embassy, consulate, ministry or government authority.
- We do not arrange employment, job offers, recruitment or labour-market placements.
3. Governing law and operating context
canadian.ink is operated from Poland and provides European compliance advisory under Polish law. Notwithstanding our European operating base, all advisory packages are priced and billed exclusively in Canadian dollars (CAD) to provide pricing transparency for our Canadian clients. Any dispute arising from the use of canadian.ink or from an advisory engagement is governed by Polish law, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
4. Eligibility
Our services are designed for Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are at least 18 years of age. By purchasing an advisory package, you confirm that you meet these criteria and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
5. Pricing and payment
All four advisory tiers are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD): Express Document Pre-Screening ($300 CAD), Standard Mobility Strategy ($350 CAD), Advanced Compliance Audit ($400 CAD), and the Premium Cross-Atlantic Package ($500 CAD). Payments are processed through reputable third-party payment providers. Prices may be revised at any time, but any revision will not affect engagements already paid for.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes an explicit 14-day refund window for all packages, subject to the conditions described therein. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during intake and throughout the engagement.
- Attend scheduled consultation calls on time, or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
- Independently verify any informational guidance with a licensed Canadian or European professional before taking irreversible action.
- Comply with all applicable Canadian and European laws when acting on educational materials provided by canadian.ink.
8. Intellectual property
All written reports, PDF roadmaps, educational materials and digital relocation guides produced by canadian.ink are licensed to the individual client for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale or public republication is prohibited without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, canadian.ink and its consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or from any advisory engagement, including but not limited to lost opportunities, denied applications, or decisions taken by third parties. The total aggregate liability of canadian.ink in connection with any engagement is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that specific engagement.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
