Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to every advisory engagement purchased through canadian.ink, regardless of tier or destination.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to all four advisory packages offered by canadian.ink: Express Document Pre-Screening ($300 CAD), Standard Mobility Strategy ($350 CAD), Advanced Compliance Audit ($400 CAD), and the Premium Cross-Atlantic Package ($500 CAD). All prices are charged exclusively in Canadian dollars (CAD).

2. 14-day refund window

Clients may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment, provided that the conditions set out in Section 3 below have not been triggered. Refund requests should be sent to supp@canadian.ink from the same email address used at the time of purchase.

  • Express Document Pre-Screening — refundable within 14 days of payment, subject to Section 3.
  • Standard Mobility Strategy — refundable within 14 days of payment, subject to Section 3.
  • Advanced Compliance Audit — refundable within 14 days of payment, subject to Section 3.
  • Premium Cross-Atlantic Package — refundable within 14 days of payment, subject to Section 3.

3. When refunds are no longer issued

To protect both clients and consultants, the right to a refund ends once one of the following events has occurred, even if it occurs inside the 14-day window:

  • The scheduled consultation call (video session or Q&A call) has commenced. Joining the call, even briefly, is considered commencement.
  • The digital PDF report, written summary or roadmap associated with the engagement has been dispatched to the email address provided by the client.
  • Step-by-step digital relocation guides or other written deliverables associated with the Premium Cross-Atlantic Package have been delivered.

After any of these events, the engagement is considered substantially performed and no partial or full refund is issued.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout, in Canadian dollars (CAD), within ten (10) business days of approval. canadian.ink is not responsible for additional foreign-exchange or payment-processor charges incurred independently by the client's bank or card issuer.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a consultation call free of charge if at least 24 hours notice is provided. Rescheduling does not extend or restart the 14-day refund window.

6. Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact supp@canadian.ink before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve all reasonable concerns within five business days. Initiating a chargeback for a service that has already been delivered, as described in Section 3, may be contested with the payment processor.
